I am trying to upload the Ranger handbook app to my iPad but it is not loading. I was able to load it on my iPhone with no issues. Has anyone else reported this issue?

I have downloaded the ranger handbook from warrior university and verified the file is valid and was able to install it on our device. What version IOS is your Ipad? If you continue to have problems we would be happy to troubleshoot it for you and attempt to load it from our mac - we are located in McGinnis Wickham Hall 2nd floor East suite 2300.
