Pre-Deployment Certification Training Download Instructions:

1. Upon selecting a training module in .zip format, you must select the ‘Save’ or ‘Save File’ option and download it to your computer.

2. After saving to your computer, open the file and use the ‘Extract’ button to put it in the location where you want it to go.

3. MODULES NOT SAVED ON YOUR COMPUTER PRIOR TO THE START OF TRAINING, WILL PREVENT SAVING ANY TRAINING PROGRESS OR COMPLETION.

(Note) When you download the zip file, if you see a huge list of files, go to the drop down menu labeled ‘view.’ Click and choose the ‘files by folder (Explorer style)’ option. This should give you one folder to choose. Click once on the folder and use the extract button to put it where you want it to go.
